BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend
Also known as: Body Protection Compound, Thymosin Beta-4 fragment
The most-researched recovery and tissue-repair research compound pairing.
Overview
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most heavily studied recovery research compounds, frequently combined in published research on tendon, ligament, gut and vascular repair. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid sequence isolated from human gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4. Together they target complementary repair pathways — angiogenesis and cell migration.
Mechanism of action
BPC-157 upregulates VEGF expression, accelerates angiogenesis, and modulates the nitric oxide pathway in injured tissue. TB-500 promotes actin upregulation and cellular migration to damaged sites. The combination is investigated for synergistic effects on connective tissue repair.
Reference range (research literature)
Published research protocols typically reference 250–500mcg of each research compound, administered subcutaneously near the site of interest, 3–7 times per week. Cycles of 4–6 weeks are common in the literature.
Half-life
BPC-157: approximately 4 hours. TB-500: extended (multiple days) due to actin binding.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the 20mg combined vial with 2ml bacteriostatic water for 10mg/ml of each research compound. Each 0.05ml on a U100 insulin syringe = 250mcg of each research compound. Swirl gently — do not shake. Refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
Comparisons
vs BPC-157 alone
Adding TB-500 broadens the repair pathways targeted in research models.
vs Collagen research compounds
Oral collagen research compounds act nutritively. BPC-157/TB-500 act on signalling pathways.

Frequently asked
Why blend BPC-157 and TB-500?
Research literature frequently pairs the two to target distinct but complementary tissue-repair pathways.
Is this for human use?
No. Sold for laboratory and research purposes only.
How long does a vial last?
At 250mcg of each research compound per dose, a 20mg combined vial yields roughly 40 doses.
