Refund Policy

Overview
Due to the nature of our products (research reagents for laboratory use only), our refund policy is strictly limited. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
When Refunds Are Available
We will only consider a refund or store credit in the following circumstance:
- You ordered the wrong product by mistake, and the order has not yet been dispatched.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at adelaidepeps@gmail.com with your order number and the correct product you intended to order. We will do our best to amend the order or issue a refund before dispatch.
No Refunds for Damaged or Broken Products
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for products that arrive damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise compromised in transit. All products are carefully packaged before dispatch and shipping is undertaken at the buyer's risk.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the risk of damage during shipping is borne entirely by you, the customer.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance:
- Products damaged, broken, or lost in transit
- Orders that have already been dispatched
- Change of mind after shipment
- Products opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Refused or unclaimed deliveries
How to Request a Refund (Mistaken Order)
If you ordered the wrong product by mistake and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at adelaidepeps@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The product ordered in error
- The product you intended to order (if you would like an exchange)
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
