Temperature-sensitive items are packed with cold-chain materials to protect product integrity during transit.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes. Contact us immediately if you need help.

Lyophilised research compounds should be kept refrigerated. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store between 2–8°C and use within the timeframe recommended for that specific research compound. See our Guides page for detailed storage information.
